So I wrote my last blog post about the shades of blue of Crayola. I was REALLY excited about it. I got to work. I sent it out to all of my coworkers. Faraz walks in the room wearing a blue shirt. AND THERE WAS NO COLOR FOR IT.

Kajal came the closest in naming it with Carolina Blue.
So I extended my research (and to be honest, I’m not sure why I ever went against my “usual”) and decided to check with Wikipedia. And look what I found!

Knowing what I know now, I would say the color of Faraz’s shirt was GLAUCOUS… or is it Columbia Blue?
Now I need to learn how to say that…







Why stop there? Go all out: http://www.december.com/html/spec/color3.html. You could spend hours every day just renaming which color things are.
Can you imagine? Faraz, your shirt looks like a light sky blue 3.
