I recently became a huge fan of the blog Acute Designs. It’s written by a gal named Gina. My favorite thing about her is how relatable she is and she makes some pretty awesome/adorable accessories. She recently posted a story about “little orphan Annie” – no, not the “It’s a Hard Knock Life girl” – although she does mention her, but rather a beagle that her friends adopted who is in need of some surgeries whose name is Annie. Gina is selling rose-shaped earrings in her shop to benefit Annie. Now, I’m not really an animal girl*, but I always fall for a good story. And this is a good story. I purchased myself some earrings almost immediately and I absolutely LOVED the details of the packaging when it arrived.
Here’s the link if you want to read the whole story of orphan Annie. (There’s also a link to the earrings there.)
*Also, let me clarify myself. It’s not that I dislike animals. I’ve just never had one and/or never spent much time around one. I don’t know what to do with them. I’m anticipating one day marrying a man who wants a really big dog and then I’ll probably have to figure out what to do with them then…

Glad you like earrings! Thanks so much for supporting Annie’s cause :).
No problem – I love the earrings!!
