This post was definitely supposed to come out on Friday, somehow time has gotten away from me again.  Welcome to Week 4 of August Links!  (week 3. week 2week 1.)

Drink: Chocolate Banana Smoothie
This looks delicious.

Food: Caramel Corn
My mom makes some pretty awesome white chocolate covered popcorn, but this takes it to a new level.  Although, it does look like it would take a few batches to master.

List: 17 Tips to Make Your Life Easier
Fun day to day tips to deal with the little stresses of life.  My favorite is the “unsticky measuring cups” tip.

DIY: Wedding Projects
Natasha from paper crowns did an awesome post on all of her DIY wedding projects.  The simple details really add a little something!

Website: 147 Colors
It’s just color names, but it’s AWESOME.  I recommend looking at the page in the tiled view.  That way you can compare the colors!

This is Just Cool: The Pregnant Housewife (a photography session)
Ivelisse at pretty little mustache did an incredible 1950s housewife inspired photoshoot.

So, this is week 3 of fun links that I’ve collected over the past year.  Enjoy!!
(week 2week 1.)

Drink: Strawberry Basil Mojito
It just sounds incredible, doesn’t it?  Thanks, Elise.  (I’m kind of addicted to her blog, EnJOY it.)

Food: The Best Blueberry Muffins You’ll Ever Have
I’ve got a soft spot in my heart for blueberry muffins, especially ones with sugary crumbles on the top.

List: 101 Blog Post Ideas
An oldie, but a goodie, it’s so easy to forget how many awesome options there are for blog posts.

DIY: Recipe Book
I really need to work on creating one of these – I love that it looks like a scrapbook!  I probably also really need to start cooking.

Website: Home Wedding Registry
This is an awesome idea.  Instead of creating a wedding registry, people can contribute to buying part of a house.  And it’s animated.

This is Just Cool: Dear Fork,
I also found this piece of art through Elise’s blog.  It’s hanging on her wall.  It’s worth the read.

How can you argue with that?  Also, I just love the stuff that Ashley posts on The Shine Project blog.

These look incredible, and I love the step-by-step instructions!

List: 16 Party Bar Ideas
It’s all of the different kinds of bars you can have at a party.  I’ve got to try some of these, especially the trail mix bar.  Sounds perfect for a movie showing!

DIY: Baby Shower Card
I love the interactive/surprise feature in this card!

Website: Roadtrip Mixtape
A website that creates a local playlist depending on where you’re driving through?  Love it.  Thanks for the tip, Geeky Hostess!

I’m not a girl who has enough organization skills and free time during the week to be able to post cool links at the end of every week.  There’s not enough time in a day.  I do, however, have a pretty awesome collection of bookmarked links that I want to share with you on Fridays this August.  Some of them are things you might have seen before – enjoy the chance to revisit.  I’ve created 6 categories of links: drink, food, lists, diy, website, and this is just cool.  I hope you’re as excited as I am – I love clicking through people’s Friday links.  Note: I have not tried any of the recipes yet, and I really only make desserts.  Sorry.

Drink: Peach Sweet Tea
Between spending so much time in the south and my love of peaches, this was a much keep.

Food: Baked Brie with Apple Butter
Thanks to the church choir, I have become slightly addicted to baked brie.

List: 21 Pictures that will restore your Faith in Humanity
This just makes me smile.  And kind of tear up a little bit.

DIY: Quote Mug
I love how easy this is!

Website: 9th Letterpress
These greeting cards are absolutely incredible and inspiring.

This Is Just Cool: Story of 3 Hairs
A story that really makes you think, thanks
